By accessing Cognitia, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cognitia platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cognitia.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes. You may not: upload malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization; interfere with the Platform's operation; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform (exams, tasks, classroom materials). By uploading content, you grant Cognitia a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display such content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
5. AI Services
The Platform uses artificial intelligence for grading, feedback, and content generation. AI-generated results are provided as assistance and should be reviewed by educators. Cognitia does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs and is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform is currently in Beta and may experience downtime, bugs, or feature changes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognitia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may terminate your account by contacting us.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.
